Tropical Storm Elsa has formed with sustained maximum winds of 40 mph. This storm should not be of any concern over the holiday weekend, but as we get into next week we will need to keep an eye on it.
Below are the latest graphics from the NHC showing Elsa off the southern/gulf side of the Florida coast early Tuesday morning.
We will monitor over the next 5 days for any changes that may concern our region.
